Workshop Terms and Conditions

Attendance to all workshops will be through an online registration process initiated by Mamacademy PH.
All registrations will be acknowledged via email within 24 working hours upon receipt.
Acknowledged registrations do not mean guaranteed slots until full payment of the corresponding workshop registration fee is settled and confirmed by Mamacademy PH.
For workshops that have reached its maximum slots, interested participant’s name will be placed on waitlist and shall be notified via email once a slot opens.

All fees are inclusive of workshop slot, basic materials pertaining to the workshop (if applicable), and light snacks.
Loot bags and giveaways are not inclusive of the workshop fee but may be available.

All registration fees should be paid before the workshop schedule.
Only paid registrations will be considered confirmed and guaranteed slots slots, otherwise, unpaid registrations will be released to other interested participants after three days of registration and non-payment.
An official receipt will be issued on the day of the workshop for each registration payment made to Mamacademy PH. Mamacademy PH, under Okay Mom Events Services, is a BIR registered and compliant business.

A participant with paid registration may cancel attendance to the workshop/event as he/she deems necessary but should be with an advanced notification to Mamacademy PH via email, SMS, or through Social Media sites at least seven (7) working days prior to the workshop/event.
Paid slots are TRANSFERABLE to another person whom the cancelling participant will assign and not REFUNDABLE. The cancelling participant must communicate the name of the newly assigned attendee to Mamacademy PH via email, SMS, call, or through social media sites.

Attendance to workshop is purely voluntary and at participant’s own risk (ex. Injury, Loss or Damage to personal possessions or vehicles).
Workshop participants may bring their companions (ex. Children w/ Caregivers, Caregivers, etc) but Mamacademy PH holds no liability for their companions.
Non communication of cancellation and/or transfer of a paid slot will constitute to a forfeiture of the slot.
Invoice will be issued under the name of the cancelling registrant unless otherwise a specific instruction is communicated
At Mamacademy PH, we pour our heart and utmost effort into crafting every workshop, program, and event to provide the best possible learning experience and resources for our community. However, we understand that each mama’s journey is unique, and individual outcomes may vary. Because of this, while we are dedicated to delivering impactful content and meaningful learning opportunities, we cannot guarantee specific results or effectiveness for everyone.
Every mama’s engagement, application of insights, and personal journey all play a role in the impact of our programs. Our goal is to equip, encourage, and support you along the way, trusting that each mama will find her own value and growth in these experiences.

All materials presented, distributed, and used in the workshop are owned by the facilitator and/or Mamacademy PH and may not be reproduced, sold, or copied without permission.

All data and personal information gathered through the registration will not in any way be distributed for any purpose other than for the sake of registration and attendance to Mamacademy PH workshops.

Mamacademy PH reserves the right to cancel / re-schedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances such as a disaster, severe weather conditions, and others that will make the implementation of the workshop non permissible.
In the event of workshop cancellation or re-scheduling, Mamacademy PH will notify all participants in advance through email, SMS, and social media announcements or will provide a full refund as necessary.

Photographs and/or video will be taken at during Mamacademy PH events/workshops. By taking part in our events, participants grant Mamacademy PH full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming for publicity or other purposes to help achieve the organization’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and marketing & promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform Mamacademy PH.
